Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your first consultation — in the clinic or on the phone — has no charge. If you need treatment, the doctor explains the options and their cost before anything begins.
How does a phone consultation work?
Choose “Phone call” while booking and pick a time. We call you on the mobile number you give us. Keep any old reports or X-rays handy — you can upload them with your booking.
Can I send my X-rays or prescriptions?
Yes. While booking, attach photos or PDFs of X-rays, prescriptions or old reports, and fill the short health form. Only the clinic can see them, and the doctor reviews them before your appointment.
Which clinic should I visit?
Both clinics are in Vaishali Nagar and open every day. B-16, Amrapali Plaza is open in the daytime (Sunday mornings too). G-14, Rangoli Plaza is open in the evenings and on Sunday mornings. Pick whichever suits you while booking — you will see each clinic’s free times.
What are the clinic timings?
Rangoli Plaza: Monday to Saturday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Sunday: 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM.
Amrapali Plaza: Monday to Saturday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM. Sunday: 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM (confirmed by the doctor).
